Greetings! My name is Kristin, and I am a horseback riding instuctor and trainer based in Howell, MI.  I teach riding lessons and horsemanship skills in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.

My focus is on improving communication between horse and rider using a combination of classical dressage techniques and gentle horsemanship methods.

As an instructor and trainer for over twelve years, I have had the opportunity to work with horses of many breeds, backgrounds, and disciplines, as well as riders of every age and ability.  I pride myself on my ability to communicate with each rider and horse in a way that is best suited to their individual learning style.

In addition to dressage riders, my students include:

• recreational and trail riders
• 4-H, equestrian team, and pony club members
• beginners
• nervous riders
• people who want to learn to ride in preparation for a vacation or event
• people who want to communicate better with their horse.

My lessons will help you build confidence, develop your balance and skills, and improve your communication with your horse.
